Amanda Kelso – Deputy Chief Pharmacist – Medicines Management Team would like to hear your feedback regarding the provision of medication information and education during people’s interaction with Mental Health Services. AIMHS has organised a feedback event for people accessing services and Carers which will take place on Tuesday the 15th of August 2017 between 11am until 1pm The venue will be the Vicroft Court Community Room – which is located on Croft Road in the City Centre (directly opposite Ikea / Argos - at the bottom of the City Centre Arcade).

Local Mental Health Week Events

AIMHS, Arty Folks and the Tamarind Centre will be at Coventry Central Library and Earlson Library on Monday the 8th of May to raise awareness about Mental Health Week. We will be around from 11am until around 3pm - If you are passing please say hello! Don't forget that we are also doing a walk for wellbeing on Friday the 12th of May from Godiva Statue to Memorial Park - give us a call for more details!

Walk for Wellbeing - 12th May 2017

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week - Coventry AIMHS, Arty Folks and The Tamarind Centre are hosting a Coventry Walk for Wellbeing. The event will take place on Friday the 12th of May 2017. We will walk from the Godiva Statue in the City Centre to Memorial Park. We will convene at the Godiva statue at 11.45am and set off walking at 12 noon. Please wear sensible walking shoes and bring a drink with you. We will gather at the Visitors Centre in Memorial Park at 1pm where you can either take part in a bring and share picnic, or go to the public cafe at the visitors centre. *By bring and share picnic we mean bring your own food and maybe something to share with friends!
