By Andy on April 23, 2015, 11:34:15 AM in User Involvement.

In February this year AIMHS consulted with its Members to find out where you would like us to raise our profile and let people know about the good work that we do. As a result of your feedback we have now arranged to visit GP Surgeries with events now planned at different surgeries in May and June. We are also arranging - with the help of Harjeet at Voluntary Action Coventry to attend the Walk in Centre and UHCW Hospital to hold promotional events and speak to people on a one to one basis. We will update you at our forum meetings as to our progress.

By Andy on January 16, 2015, 12:39:17 PM in User Involvement.

This survey is being undertaken to help Coventry City Council and Coventry and Rugby Clinical Commissioning Group to assess the quality of the Mental Health services that are currently provided.

Please complete this survey if you live in Coventry or if you are a patient of a GP with a practice in either Coventry or Rugby.

The survey is based on the questions used by the Care Quality Commission when they inspect services. This questionnaire can be used to provide your views on any of the services that you use.

If you wish to give views on more than one service please complete a separate questionnaire for each service so we can clearly identify views relevant to each service.

THANK YOU in advance for taking the time to complete this survey.

Please can you submit your responses by the 2nd of February 2015 to enable Berni Lee from Public Health to collate the responses before the engagement meeting which is to be held at the Pod on Friday the 6th of February - See other post for further details.
